Silence is the great teacher, and to learn its lessons you must pay attention to it.

– Deepak Chopra

Founded in 2022, Silent Focus’s mission is to provide companies a place where their employees can find clarity, focus and connection in a healthy environment in silence without the noise of technology. We believe silence is a luxury and the best way to gain its wisdom is through silent corporate retreats.

We are a remote team of wellness practitioners with our base in Barcelona, Spain.

We work with experts in the wellness industry who have a passion to improve the mental wellbeing of others.  Our team is dedicated to teaching business leaders how to find silence and use the silence to become a more productive, happier team member.

Retreat testimonials

“Perfect retreat! The food was a major highlight for me – pure joy 3 times a day. Also, Lezanne and Heather were fantastic hosts both brilliant yoga teachers and meditation guides. Setting was stunning. Lezanne and Heather were occasionally hilarious – which helps lighten the mood during a silent retreat. Can’t say enough good things about this retreat! I found the schedules sensible – you do a good deal each day so you feel like you’re really getting the time but it’s not too much – you get nice bits of free time especially in the afternoon to have a dip in pool or just wander around.”

– Roisin Mcloughlin, Ireland

“Heather and Lezanne were great, really attentive and empathetic. The house and location were beautiful and comfortable, a great place to be at one with oneself and nature. I really enjoyed the silence and appreciated that it was enhanced by the fact that we couldn’t make eye contact or interact with anyone else on retreat – it sounds intense, but it was really conducive to staying with ones thoughts. The food was delicious. The activities (like breathwork, silent walks, ecstatic dancing, meditation, philosophy) were diverse and all really helpful for navigating this journey. I could have stayed for an additional week.”

– Victoria Monteiro, Italy
